How to Use This Site

Thanks for visiting our new website! The site represents a major upgrade of our service to our customers, but we understand that some of our customers may have some initial troubles adjusting to the new design. This page is meant to make the site easy to use, and allow you to truly experience all that it has to offer.

Basic Navigation

Users can immediately reach our contact page or find our branch and ATM locations by clicking on the universal navigation at the top right of the page (Image A).

The Personal and Business tabs contain links and messages of interest to each of these groups (B). The default homepage is set under the Personal tab. Business visitors who visit the Business tab should click the "Make this my westgatebank.com homepage" link on the right, and this will automatically bookmark the site under this page.

Can't find what you need? Refer to the dropdown boxes on the upper left corner of the site for quick access to the latest rates, to order new checks, and ATM/Debit cards, or quickly find what you need via the Quick Nav (C). This dropdown menu contains many pertinent links of interest, listed in alphabetical order. If you know where you need to go, this is usually the quickest way.

Navigating the inside of the site is easy. Any time you see a box or an arrow on the sidenav or in the content, click on it. This will expand the options, revealing links or information.

Online Banking / Bill Pay

West Gate Bank customers get free access to this service, and it's as simple as logging in at the box on the top left (D). New users can enroll in the online service by clicking on the "Enroll Now" button just below the login on the homepage. Business (Premier Ecorp) users can log in after clicking the Business tab in the login area. The box will turn red to indicate it's a business (Premier Ecorp) login.
