MAY 20, 2010:  WEST, WOOSTER, FLANAGAN RECEIVE PROMOTIONS

As loan operations manager, Vicki West has been with West Gate Bank for nine years and has nearly 30 years of experience in loan administration. Under West's leadership, West Gate Bank's loan operations have consistently received high marks from regulators and external loan reviews. Kyle Wooster is a commercial lender for West Gate Bank, assisting customers with their business financial needs, as well as commercial real estate loans. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Concordia University in Seward and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Wooster is a TeamMates mentor, and is involved with Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Lincoln Literacy Council, Nebraska Coaches Association, and Messiah Lutheran Church. Wooster is a member of the finance committee for Lincoln Lutheran High School and assists with high school basketball. As loan officer, Adam Flanagan will be responsible for assisting customers with construction and commercial lending needs. Flanagan received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. He is involved with the Downtown Optimists Club, Boys and Girls Club of Lincoln, and Junior Achievement. MAY 20, 2010:  BREDTHAUER JOINS WEST GATE BANK

Susan Bredthauer recently joined West Gate Bank as Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. Bredthauer has over 20 years of experience helping homebuyers realize their dream of home ownership. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and is a member of the Realtors Association of Lincoln and the Nebraska Mortgage Association.

MAY 3, 2010:  WEST GATE BANK DONATES $5,000 TO CAPITAL HUMANE SOCIETY

As part of a strong commitment to the Lincoln community, West Gate Bank is proud to announce the donation of $5,000 to the Capital Humane Society. West Gate Bank believes in the power of helping our neighbors in the Lincoln community. In addition to monetary donations by West Gate Bank, our employees give their time and talents as volunteers for various civic and charitable organizations in Lincoln. Darcie Ross, assistant vice president and commercial lender, serves on the board of directors for the Capital Humane Society. 

 

 

OCTOBER 15, 2009:  SHELTON IS PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF CASH MANAGEMENT

Brock Shelton was recently promoted to vice president of cash management at West Gate Bank.

Shelton has been with West Gate Bank for seven years and has been in banking for twelve years. As vice president of cash management, Shelton is responsible for providing superior customer account service to business and consumer clients, as well as providing cash management solutions to business customers.

Shelton received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He is an ambassador for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and is involved with the Lincoln Independent Business Association.

JUNE 6, 2009:  WEBSTER CELEBRATES 20 YEARS AT WEST GATE BANK

West Gate Bank is proud to announce Deborah Webster, senior vice president and cashier, is celebrating her 20th employment anniversary this month.

Webster oversees the operations department at West Gate Bank, and is also responsible for some areas of human resources. In her time at West Gate Bank, Webster has been a teller, proof operator, customer service representative, operations assistant, and assistant cashier before taking on her responsibilities as cashier.

Webster has a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. She is active in United Way, Financial Institution Law Enforcement, Zion Lutheran Church, and several other community organizations.
